Cancellation & Insurance

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please inform me as soon as possible. My cancellation policy requires 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24-hours are subject to the full session fee.

Insurance: My services are private-pay and are not covered by the national German health insurance.

50-minute Intake Session with Parent(s) – €110
A focused session to discuss your child’s needs, goals, and how we can best support their growth.

50-minute Individual Therapy Session with the Child – €110
One-on-one therapy tailored to your child’s needs, helping them build skills, confidence, and resilience.

50-minute Parent Coaching Session – €110
Guidance, strategies, and support to help you nurture your child’s development and well being.

Feedback Session + Written Progress Report (up to 30 minutes) - €75
Includes a discussion about your child’s progress along with a written summary of goals, achievements, and next steps.

Written Reports (Observation, Progress, Termination, etc.) - €40 per report
Available upon request when a report is needed outside of a feedback session.
